Milano-Torino, Gran Piemonte and Il Lombardia have announced the entry list for the 2021 editions of the races, that include the World and European champions.

The three Autumn races will take place on the sixth, the seventh and the ninth of October. Milano-Torino will be the first one and there, Julian Alaphilippe (Deceuninck-Quick-Step) will show his brand-new Rainbow jersey, and will also likely count with the presence of the two-time Tour de France winner Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates), three-time Vuelta a España and Olympic champion Primoz Roglic (Jumbo-Visma), and Vincenzo Nibali (Trek-Segafredo), days after winning the Giro di Sicilia.

The 105th edition of the Gran Piemonte will take place over a mostly flat course in which riders like the recent winner of Paris-Roubaix and European Champion Sonny Colbrelli (Bahrain Victorious), ITT World Champion Filippo Ganna (Ineos-Grenadiers), Cofidis' Elia Viviani, Movistar's Ivan García Cortina, Matteo Trentin (UAE Team Emirates) and Giacomo Nizzolo (Qhubeka-NextHash), among others, will fight for the victory.

These three Autumn races will close with the last Monument of the season, Il Lombardia, with a route that features six climbs and 4500 metres of total elevation gain. Alaphilippe, Pogacar and Roglic will also start in this race, along with other important names like Remco Evenepoel (Deceuninck-Quick-Step), Bauke Mollema (Trek-Segafredo), Thibaut Pinot (Groupama-FDJ), Chris Froome (Israel Start-Up Nation), and Aleksandr Vlasov (Astana-Premier Tech), and the winners in Bergamo of the 2014 y 2016 editions Daniel Martin (Israel Start-Up Nation) and Esteban Chaves (BikeExchange).
