Strade Bianche has announced the 21 teams that will be at the start line of the 2019 edition of the women's race. The event will be held on the 9th of March in Siena, Italy.

The Strade Bianche Women Elite confirmed the participating teams that will be on the race, which will be held a few hours before the men's race. This is the first UCI Women's WorldTour race of the calendar and it is expected to be as spectacular as its other editions.

A peloton formed by the most important riders, including World Champion and winner of the 2018 edition of the race Anna van der Breggen, will ride on Tuscany's gravel roads. 14 out of the 15 teams that are mandatory in WorldTour races will be at the start line and the organisation has given away seven wildcards.
