The organisation of the World Championships of Yorkshire 2019 has announced the courses for the women's and men's individual time trial.

The women's Individual Time Trial will take place on the 24th of September of 2019 from Ripon to Harrogate over a 33-kilometre long route. This course will be exactly the same as the Men U23 Individual Time Trial, a competition that will take place earlier on the same day.

The route will be perfect for those specialists that are in total control of managing their efforts. The course starts with a stretch of 12 kilometres that is completely flat and then slowly will get hilly to finish in a climbing stretch in Harrogate.

The men's Individual Time Trial will take the riders from Northallerton to Harrogate over a 54-kilometre course that features several climbs. Crosswinds can play a part at the mostly flat start and soon the riders will face a sharp ascent on the outskirts of Marsham.

Then there will be a fast section that will be the last flat part the riders will face. Then the riders will face a series of climbs and descents to finish in an uphill stretch in Harrogate at the Parliament Street.
