Marianne Vos and Jeanne Korevaar of WaowDeals Pro Cycling suffered a crash with mixed consequences at Liege-Bastogne-Liege.

The riders hit the deck at the descent before the Roche-Aux-Faucons and got back on their bikes to finish the race. After crossing the finish, both riders immediately went to receive medical assistance.

The European champion was diagnosed with a fracture in her collarbone. "It is not clear at this stage how long she will be out of racing," said the team through its Twitter account.

The rider also reacted to this on Twitter. "Not exactly how I planned my first Liege-Bastogne-Liege. Good race with WaowDeals Pro Cycling, but taken out in a crash. Luckily not a lot of pain and I'll be fine," she explained on the social network.

Korevaar suffered minor injuries.
